Codasul-pH is highly concentrated in nitrogen and sulfur. It is a triple action formulation: fertilizer, acidifier, and unblocker. Furthermore, Codasul-pH when applied as an additive in foliar spraying, significantly increases its effectiveness. Codasul-pH promotes the release of nutrients from the soil, facilitating their absorption by the plant.
Additionally, it improves water penetration in the soil, helps with the leaching of salts, reduces root diseases, increases water absorption by crops, dissolved nutrients, etc.
It is an excellent pH acidifier for irrigation water as it prevents the obstruction of irrigation systems by neutralizing the carbonates and bicarbonates present in the irrigation water. Consequently, it also temporarily acidifies the soil solution, which provides an additional benefit for crop nutrition, as it improves fertility by increasing the availability of blocked nutrients. In alkaline-sodic soils, the addition of H+ favors its exchange with Na+, which facilitates its leaching.
