Gamma PGA is a biostimulant formulated with chelated zinc that includes a series of components of high biological value such as proteins, sugars, vitamins, and, most notably, γ-polyglutamic acid (γPGA).
The unique characteristics of Gamma PGA, in addition to allowing an increase in crop production, improve soil characteristics, with several advantages:
- Increases the water and nutrient availability to the plant;
- Greater resistance to salinity;
- Root development promoted by the action of zinc;
- High moisturizing capacity, as γPGA is a very hydrophilic compound, capable of absorbing significant amounts of water and releasing it gradually;
- Good buffering capacity of the solution with pH values between 4 and 9, with strong chelating effectiveness also for metals;
- Reduction of leaching of N, P, and Ca and promotion of solubilization of Ca, Mg, and K phosphates through a natural "chelation";
- Natural product, free of residues, that reduces groundwater pollution from nitrates and decreases CO2 emissions by saving fuel for irrigation and processing.
