A potassium-rich foliar solution enriched with boron, complexed using Micro-Carbon Technology™ (MCT) to maximize the assimilation and translocation of nutrients to all parts of the plant with the highest efficiency. This ensures vegetative growth during times of stress, resulting in earlier crop maturity. Yeld-Max is a ripening inducer that works by activating amino acids (methionine) and vitamins, and improves the movement of carbohydrates and proteins from leaves, stems, and roots to the fruit. This leads to increased and more uniform ripening and higher sugar content (higher °Brix). It also improves fruit color, size, and shelf life by activating antioxidants. Potassium contributes to plant consistency and resistance, strengthening cell walls and promoting internal water movement, which reduces physiological disorders. It also stimulates the production of phytoalexins and is involved in photosynthetic activity and protein production.
Yield-Max also includes in its formulation inducers of abscisic acid formation, a phytohormone responsible—among other functions—in some crops for leaf abscission, stomatal closure (which reduces water loss through transpiration), and preparing the plant for winter dormancy in crops that undergo it.
